About Rada
Hi all, my name is Rada. I am a graduate from Temple University with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Exercise and Sport Science. In addition, I have over 10 years of kickboxing and boxing experience. I am a mobile self-defense and fitness trainer that can travel to you to help you reach your goal. Whether it is to learn self-defense, lose weight, build muscle, and much more! I can come to you or you can come to me!
