About Konrad
Execellent instruction with keen focus on utilizing a person's natural strenghts to make them stronger and address weaknesses to make the person well rounded and effective in self defense, boxing, and kickboxing attributes.
I started first with children in NY at the ages of 5 and older
I then began teaching adults private lessons since 2004
