About Heaven

Hello Everyone!

I am a classically trained voice instructor and have extensive training in musical theatre as well. Feel free to contact me by email if you are interested.

Want to improve your vocal and performing abilities? Do you hope to pursue a professional career or simply sing around the fire or in church confidently?

I trained at NYU's famed Tisch School of the Arts and the Roy Hart International Arts Center (France) in both classical and experimental techniques, enjoying a 15-year career performing in New York both on and off-Broadway and touring internationally, garnering two esteemed Obie awards along the way. I retired from professional performing in 2008 after visiting Montana and falling in love with the sleepy ski town of Big Sky.

While living in Montana, I was honored to have been the vocal and acting teacher for the residents of Big Sky and the surrounding Yellowstone area and coached the children's theater, Big Sky Broadway. Many of my students have been accepted to the exclusive Interlochen Center for the Arts Summer Intensive and a few have sung the U.S. National Anthem at sporting events including the PBR and the Seattle Mariners.

I have been fortunate to teach people of all ages, from seven to seventy-one. . Everyone can learn or improve regardless of age or experience, whether you want to sing in church, on stage, or in the shower. Vocal lessons will awaken and inspire your musical ability, improve your general health through breath-control and various movement techniques, provide confidence and self-esteem, and cultivate the under-lying talent that lives in each of us. Plus, it is extremely fun!
