About Catherine

I instruct students in healthy voice habits, grow their confidence, and empower them for auditions/performances.

I love seeing students reach their goals and even go beyond what they imagine just because they have fun and enjoy what they are doing.

I have a Bachelors degree from Towson University, a Masters degree (in Vocal Performance) from SIUE, and I am certified in Vocal Pedagogy (how the voice mechanically works & health) also from SIUE.

About the lesson

We chat about your goals, I hear your voice a little and I give you an opportunity to ask any questions you have. Then I usually pick 3-4 song choices that I think you may like, but will have educational value. At weekly lessons we sing exercises and songs, we talk about our voices physically, and we also have some fun along the way.
