About Anna
Señora Sheridan is an experienced Spanish teacher and Tutor of over 13 years.
Tutoring times are flexible.
Tutoring sessions are designed and developed for your unique situation. If you are taking a class and need support or if you are only learning/practicing through our tutoring sessions- we can accomplish and support your goals.
I have been a fulltime Spanish teacher in Independent Schools for 13 years. I have developed and implemented a curriculum for younger students in 6th-8th grade as well as older students in college prep and honors courses.

In our first session, we will establish our goals for our work together. Are you trying to earn a better grade in your Spanish class? Are you trying to communicate with your Spanish speaking employees? Maybe you are interested in becoming a more active participant in a global society by speaking another language! In any case, we will set goals and tangible metrics to measure your success as well as the effectiveness of our sessions. You will also receive an outline of our program of studies, a google doc with a detailed account of all lesson plans and activities.

Señora Sheridan is such a FUN teacher! She cares a lot about her students and always goes the extra mile to get to know their learning styles and interests on a personal level. She is incredibly knowledgeable of the Spanish language and latin culture and is enthusiastic about helping her students master them as well.
She is creative, enthusiastic and engaging.
Anna is always so active and participative in our joint projects (which were sadly curtailed by COVID-19); she is a great person to work with!
