About Samantha

I started in 2001 in Los Angeles as a personal trainer, chef, shopper and overal wellness expert.

I am NCSF, and NASM certified. I also ran my own gym for more than 10 years, and have worked at health clubs instructing Pilates, fitness and swim stroke clinics. I swam through college.

Chatting in person for at least 30 mins to establish goals, process and expectations.
