About Sergio
I have enough room and equipment to keep and develop his or her skills. I have over 20 years training, coaching and mentoring young athletes. I aim to keep your athlete engaged and motivated. Come check us out, you'll be surprised by the outcome.
I love sports and coaching, it's like getting paid to play...
I started coaching as an assistant banana baseball Coach fresh out of high school. I then had kids and coached, baseball, football, soccer and basketball.
I have been certified as a personal trainer, CPR training, over 30 winning seasons in football, baseball, and basketball. Rugby training also available.

I perform a basic athletic evaluation and go over the athletes weaknesses, we taylor a plan aimed at improving and strengthening a series of body components that will eventually solidify core strength and agility.
I have coached kids who are now 4 and 5 star D1 athletes , mainly kids my sons and daughter played with, personal referrals.
If meeting and training with that person doesn't have you believing you can go pro, you need a new trainer.
