About Arina

Greeting to you all! I am very pleased that you opened my profile and are thinking about choosing me as your tutor or teacher. I am a native Russian speaker, which is a huge plus in learning languages. I have been teaching Russian in Moscow while I was studying there. I helped students to succeed in their final exams not only in Russian but also in Russian History, World History, Math, Literature, Grammar, and exam preparation (such as TOEFL + IELTS + SAT). All of my students so far become experts in what I help them with.

I also have gained a lot of experience in Architecture, got my undergraduate degree from Northeastern University and worked for 1,5 years at an Architectural firm in Boston, MA. I am currently getting my masters from University of Miami.

I am always here to help, teach, and support!

I love meeting and working with new people. Everyone brings something new, interesting, and absolutely positive into my life. I am also fond of helping. Knowing that your help, yur guidance, and your knowledge has helped someone in their studies, carrier or just life, is one of the best feeling one can get!

I have been tutoring students in Russian and Architecture for the past 5 years. Being a native Russian speaker helps me to give the highest quality education and help to anyone who wants it.

I have also aquired an Architectural Degree and know a lot about different computer softwares that are very helpful to architectural students. In the past I have helped a lot of young architects to upgrade their portfolio works as well as I have provided some with art and architecture history background.

About the lesson

I typically like to take a couple of minutes to talk to a student before we start our classes. It helps me to understand what one is looking for in the studies. Depending on this I structure the course accordingly and adjust it throughtout the time depending on our productivity. It is important to give students space as well as be ready to guide them through the process of learning.

Details

I usually charge by minute and start giving discounts after an hour. It goes as following:

30 minutes would be $30, 40 minutes would be $40, 50 minutes would be $50. However, as you reach 60 minutes I usually charge $55 for that and go lower with any additional 30 minutes added. 90 mintues would be $85 and 120 would be $100.
