About Christine
I love to use different methods of media and interaction to keep the students engaged. I don't push students to move on too quickly but to be in the moment with them and encourage them to move at a pace that is catered specifically to each student. I celebrate the steps that the students take and instill a sense of joy as they learn something new every time we meet.
I absolutely enjoy teaching students in an easy and fun-filled way that helps them to express themselves through music. I love to see students take ownership and pride in what they are learning and to build upon their talents. It is exciting to see when all their hard work and hours of labor is finally rewarded as the student is able to play their favorite song or they are able to execute something that they thought was too hard or impossible.
