My two sons have been taking violin lessons with Liz for many years now. She is fantastic at teaching all ages and abilities but is an absolute master at teaching young children. Her older students have placed very high in region ensembles and her younger ones are very eager to learn from her because she keeps the lessons fun and fast paced. One of the other things we really enjoy about her teaching is that she has a very eclectic approach that keeps my children interested in learning about the violin. She is now teaching my older son how to fiddle and improvise while still teaching classical repertoire through the Suzuki Method. We look forward to the violin lessons each week.
