About Aisja
Hi! I am Coach Aisja and I am a club and private volleyball coach. I have played the game of volleyball for 12 years and I have coached for 6 years. I have played every position and I am in love with the game. I am a VERY passionate, driven, and patient coach and I love to push my players to be the best they can be. The best thing about coaching for me is that I get to see my girls develop right in front of my eyes every day.

Volleyball is more than just passing, setting and attacking. A lot of key elements make great volleyball players. I agility train to make my girls quicker on their feet. This includes ladders, hurdles and cone work. I also have been coached by great coaches as well as doing my own research to improve my coaching skills and knowledge.
