About Aisha

I am a recent engineering graduate, with a 2:1 in MEng Mechanical Engineering degree. I taught myself to first year university level Biology. I studied General chemistry and Organic Chemistry alongside Chemistry degree students whilst at university. Lastly I have a solid background in Physics and Maths. I make a well rounded tutor and can teach students any science subjects.

I can teach students of all ages and have received training to work with children. As part of my training at Barnardo's, a children's charity, I obtained a Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) membership scheme.

With regards to my high school education, I have qualifications in the following courses;

Advanced Highers:

• Physics
• Mathematics
• Chemistry

Highers:

• Chemistry
• Computing
• Biology
• Physics
• Mathematics

About the lesson

I will make sure that students not only learn a concept but also get the highest grades in their assignments and exams. I do this, by employing the best teaching method, 'practice makes perfect'. I will keep practicing and working with students until they reach their desired goals.

As a good tutor, my role is not only to teach concepts but also to guide students in their learning, as such I will make sure to teach them learning methods that I have employed in my learning and that will benefit them.

I will teach students the following courses and levels;
• Biology (English A level/Scottish Advanced Higher or equivalent)
• General Chemistry and Organic Chemistry (English A level/Scottish Advanced Higher or equivalent)
• Physics (English A level/Scottish Advanced Higher or equivalent)
• Maths (English A level/Scottish Advanced Higher or equivalent or University level)
