About Anna
I’ve been teaching barre & yoga for 14 years. I own 2 studios on Kauai, one in Kapaa, one in Lihue. I enjoy training people of all ages. I have learned a lot on how to help heal the body through barre & yoga from my own rehab of an ACL reconstruction. It’s been my rehab and I want my students to feel the same way.
