About Fanika
I am a RYT-200 Certified Yoga Teacher with the goal to help my students strengthen their habits for healthy living, spiritual enlightenhment and a liberated state of existence. I have been practicing Yoga for 15 years and consider myself a lifelong student. I also hold a degree as a Master of Science in Psychology and am in the process of becoming a licensed psychotherapist. Following a holistic approach, I offer beginner and multilevel classes, consisting of meditations, breathing exercises, warm-ups and a flow of postures. Emphasis is put on mindfulness, breath and alignment. I encourage my students to honor their bodies and practice at their own level. Variations and modifications are offered for beginner, intermediate and advanced level students. Any level of fitness is welcome!
I enjoy guiding my students through carefully selected postures to help them get centered within themselves, so they can get connected within their body, mind and soul.
