About Madison
Yoga is my first love, my passion. I have been practing yoga for about 6 years now. And I have been teaching for about a year and a half. I am 200 hour certified. I have a fun, eclectic style of teaching! Focused mainly on breathing and being still for moment with yourself. I offer many different types of classes. Gentle to advanced, all ages. No ego, no judgment, just honoring and listening to the body and connecting it to the mind. I truly believe yoga can prepare and heal the body, mind and heart through the journey of spirit-body connection and the stillness in practicing to be present.
I enjoy the connection the most. The connection to others and the connection to myself. I enjoy helping others through pain, physical and emotional, and helping guide others to achieve their goals!
