About Allison

I've been teaching yoga and working with private clients for over 10 years. I love what I do and all of the people I work with. Yoga is great for so many things - I love helping people take advantage of this amazing practice.

Yoga can help reduce stress, increase flexibility, build strength, improve concentration and so much more.

I sequence and tailor private lessons to meet each yogi where he or she is that day. Our bodies are always changing - you never step into the same downward dog twice! Private lessons are great for those with busy schedules who want yoga to come to them, for beginners, for those working with/recovering from an injury, for more seasoned practitioners who would like more personal attention and a variety of other reasons.

-85 Prenatal Yoga Training with Five Points Yoga Mar 2013

-12 Month Yogastrology Training completed 2014

I am co-owner of Wonder Yoga Studio in Arlington, MA if you're ever interested in group classes or privates in a yoga studio.

I started practicing yoga in January 2005 and found it immensely helpful. After each yoga class I felt more comfortable in my skin, stronger and peaceful. I embarked on my first yoga training in 2008 because I was eager to learn more and eventually share this practice with others.

About the lesson

I schedule a free consultation phone call to assess each student's needs and goals. We can get a sense if we are a good fit and I can come prepared to deliver a great yoga lesson from day one.

All age groups. Different levels of ability. Beginners and seasoned yogis alike.

Ask them how long they've been teaching. Experience goes a long way and there are many new teachers out there.
