Have you been a long time sufferer of chronic pain and anxiety? Do you feel that these issues have taken over your life and hope and help is outside of your grasp? Have you tried other pathways but given up because nothing helps? Regain control of your Body, Mind, & Spirit: Regain Connection. Are you ready to make a dedication to yourself and take charge of your health? Learn how to use meditation, mindfulness, yoga and relaxation techniques to find relief, peace of mind, and improve your quality of life. Upswing Wellness will guide you in fostering a mind-body connection that will help you rekindle a positive relationship with yourself. Learn to love yourself again! Find health through a weekly escape from stress and reunite with your body, mind and spirit. We work both in-person and remotely via webcam with those across the country.

My coaching and instruction is a distillation of my own life journey. I specialize in helping those with chronic pain and anxiety because they are issues I struggled with for most of my life.

I eventually decided to take responsibility for my health after years of chronic illness and once I overcame it, I was inspried to help others who suffer from these same issues.

About the lesson

I always offer a free consultation first. For me, it is important that I have a very clear understanding of you and your issues and that we decided together if we are a good fit to work together before there are any commitments.
