About Kenny
I found my way to my mat, and started my yoga journey in October of 2017. I immediately fell in love with the practice, and realized very quickly that I wanted to do become a yoga instructor. I then went on to practice extensively for the next year. When the time was right, I did his training through Marianne Hritz at Studio Oxygen, and received my 200 hour yoga certification in September of 2019. Since my training completion, I have been actively teaching various forms of yoga (power, gentle, chair, sculpt, etc.).
While practicing yoga, I took my first spin class, and was instantly hooked. I went on to receive my spin certification through Mad Dogg Athletics (spinning.com) in January of 2020, and currently teach spinning as well.
In May of 2020, I received my TRX certification, and also teach suspension trainer classes (Bodhi Pilates, TRX, etc.).
In addition to fitness, I am also a musician. Other than drums (my main instrument), I also play some guitar and other instruments as well.
