About Mirlinda
I am certified Kundalini Yoga Instructor with three years of experience teaching and facilitating transformative yoga practices.
Throughout my career, have had the privilege of guiding diverse groups of clients helping them to cultivate physical strength, emotional resilience, and spiritual awareness through the practice of Kundalini Yoga My approach emphasize inclusivity and adaptability ensuring that each individual feels supported and empowered in their journey.
Through kundalini yoga, we can create optimal, mental physical and emotional health and well-being
It's goal is not only to make body stronger and more energetic, but also increase of self awareness and consciousness it can help with trauma and PTSD
