About Aviva
I love teaching. I spent 14 years teaching high school science and now I am building a yoga teaching practice in the Triangle Area.

I loved my 15 min yoga session with Aviva Tulasi. She designed a chair-based yoga session for me that really worked well for my current mobility and stess levels and that offered healing for my whole body. She guided me through the session from start to finish and she really cared that I got the most from our short time together. I will definitely book another appointment with her soon and will ask for a longer session next time as soon as my busy schedule allows. Tulasi yoga works!
