About Danielle

Danielle Martucci is an E-RYT 200, Meridian Yoga Therapist Level 1, Reiki Master Teacher and has 150 hours of continuing education in other forms of yoga including Yin Yoga and Mandala Vinyasa. Danielle has been practicing yoga since 2016 and has been a teacher since 2018.

Danielle centers her classes around introspection, engagement and alignment. Every movement is specifically designed to bring you closer to yourself through functionality and effective mobility. Not only will you learn about the physical body and how it works, but you will be in a space that is safe to feel anything you are feeling in that moment. Together we will build both strength and flexibility through body movements and intentional breathing.

The Yoga practice deepens our awareness to ourselves and the world. It is an amazing tool that guides us to understand energy, systems of the body and the mind. Danielle’s purpose as a Yoga teacher is to share the benefits of Yoga and facilitate experiences that are informative, honest and transformational.

About the lesson

Our first session will be an assessment period. This allows me to get to know each student before deciding the direction we will go in. I will ask a series of questions dependent on how our conversations go and make an informed decision on the best practice(s) for the needs of the student. During this session I will see the abilities of the student and encourage a strategy that will provide the most benefits.
