About Saidia

I am an occupational therapist for over 19+ years and utilize other healing modalities in breathwork, yoga, thai yoga massage, and yoga trapeze as an adjunct in order to improve ones quality of life with any disorder, pain, or mental capacity. I believe in bringing quality care back to all my clients

I truly enjoy seeing people actually doing better with functional activities as simple as getting in and out of the tub, standing to dress themselves, cook, breathe better, and reduction of pain. I also truly enjoy seeing people mentally change the way they do things now that they are aware of how to eleviate pain, discomfort, instability naturally. I truly love that I have helped someone improve their quality of life with my Wholesometouch

I got my certification for yoga in Jamaica and yoga trapeze in Barcelona Spain..so from there I began my journey as an instructor. My method is different and I'm not about quick fixes.. I would love for my client to be patient and opened and know that it's a process and every session begins with breathwork

I'm an Occupational Therapist with 18+ experience, certified as level 1 SomaVeda Thai Yoga Massage practitioner, Breathwork specialist working under naprapath and chiropractor

About the lesson

It's always important to start with greeting the client and asking if they have done any of my services.. I often take vitals, initial evaluation to see what deficient client have, or chief complaint, pain level, they will sign a disclosure, waiver, agreement to participate or give permission to treat or participate.

I have worked with all types of clients with every issue. I have seen so much as a therapist while in hospital, nursing home, homehealth, school system, and private clients

You want someone that is genuine about helping you reach your goals and that they are practicing what they are preaching to you..they should me able to demonstrate what they expect you to do
