About Maria
I have over 10 years of experience instructing yoga. I am certified with 500 hours+ training approved by Yoga Alliance and 1500+ hours of teaching experience.
I have a well developed method for teaching students to stregenthen and deeply stretch and learn how to understand what the body is saying back to you. I know that yoga is not only deeply theraputic for the body but the mind as well.
Helping people with mind, body and soul.
2000+ hours of teaching live and in private classes.
500+ hours of training through yoga alliance registered schools.

Yoga may be based in spirituality however neuroscience continues to produce information supporting that the practice truly helps with chronic illness and chronic stress.
Our nervous system is one of our greatest gifts in our body, it protects us so much from the many things that can come at us.
We are all experiencing so much anxiety, loneliness, pressure, frustration ect and we don’t know what to do to help it..
In order for change to happen in this world we need to be optimizing ourselves and our own individual experience of life…
