Experienced tutor in Yoga in Coral Gables, Aubrey offers private lessons tailored to your needs.

Aubrey was very aware of everyone’s abilities and was able to provide multiple variations for different exercises. She brought a big smile, great energy and positive vibes to our class.

Aubrey takes a very thoughtful approach when teaching, reminding the students constantly to go at your own pace and do what is best for your body. At the end of every class I truly feel like my day has been set up for success because of her positive energy and passion. Her classes put me in the right frame of mind ready to tackle any challenges I may have in the future. Yoga with Aubrey is physically strengthening and healing, but just as important, mental wellness is a large component in her class as well.
