About Maylin
I'm a motivated Yoga Instructor with specialized training in Ashtanga principles. Energetic and outgoing with collaborative spirit.
Seeing positive change and improvement in myself and others not just physically but mentally, it means the world to me.
I starting teaching at the same studio where I did my teacher training, Zen Den Yoga School.
200-hours Yoga Training, completed 2013.
Certified Yoga Teacher.

I evaluate the students needs, and from there I adjust the class. Even thought assana practice is a complete physical and mental practice, some students might want focus more on streght while others on stretch, and so on.
Beginners, Intermidiate and Advance
Find a teacher that you feel comfortable with. This might take a few tries until you get to the right one. I was lucky to find that teacher the very first time I started practicing yoga.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
How is the yoga routine? Does it involve a lot of movement or is more restorative type? Also whether or not the routine is suitable for you.
