About Daisy
Hi Yogis! I'm Daisy, I'm 18 years old and became a certified yoga instructor at 16. I thrive to share the magic of yoga to everyone. I work to personalize my classes for my students, focusing on their goals and needs. I have been teaching for over a year now and specialize in vinyasa and restorative.
I started teaching when I found that my life wouldn't be fulfilled without yoga. It has done so much for me and I want to share all the gifts yiga has to offer.
I have my 200 hour yoga certification.

Whenever I have a new student I make sure to learn about their history with yoga and health. I also ask about their goals and needs in their practice.
I have worked with just about everyone. Kids ranging from 3 years old to 18 years old. Seniors, pregnant women all ranging in fitness levels.

For a private lesson I charge $60 for an hour class. For a group I charge $30 for an hour class with $5 for every extra person.
