About Jessica

I have practiced yoga for 15+ years and have been teaching for 6 years with the goal of sharing the transformative and uplifting power of yoga with others. My offering includes a combination of hatha, ashtanga, kundalini, and power yoga styles. I have worked with all levels and ages of students and enjoy teaching!

The practice of yoga makes a big difference in how people view the world and themselves, and how we are connected to each other. I like to see how people stand taller, judge less (including of themselves) and gain inner and body strength and flexibility.

After practicing for 10 years and reaping many benefits to my life, I decided that I wanted to share yoga with others and teach this timeless practice.

About the lesson

I ask the student what their goals are and develop a program based on that. I make sure that my students are always using safe alignment and never push to pain.

All levels.

It's important to make sure that you feel comfortable and safe with the instruction. Yoga is not a race or competition, rather listening to one's body and using the breath to cultivate the practice.

I am hoping to attend a yoga retreat somewhere exotic this summer or a Wanderlust confernce.
