About Rachael
I have been passionate about yoga from the day I began practicing in 2005.
I am a 500 hour (yoga alliance registered) certified yoga instructor.

I always begin by assessing the needs and goals of my students. Once those are clear, I create a plan to help us move toward achieving the set goals.
I have taught students ranging ages 5-65. I am confident teaching athletes, pregnant woman, elderly individuals and those working with ailments and injuries if cleared by a licensed physician.
