About Katie

Embody Unity Yoga and Wellness takes a custom approach to your needs. Between authentic Vinyasa yoga and personalized wellness coaching, we take your needs and facilitate a space for you to allow your mind, body, and goals to work harmoniously together.

I have been trained and mentored (200+ Hrs) by experienced, wise teachers who truly live their yoga. They have taught me to carry on the authentic teachings to provide my students with classes that offer a harmonious, rejuvinating energy.

I enjoy seeing the subtle and apparent changes that happen when my students honor their bodies, minds, and hearts. I think its beautiful to watch the yoga do its work; unifying the energies inside people and allowing a more serene state to be expereinced.

About the lesson

On our first session, I typically like to take an extra 30 minutes before flowing to get a good idea about what you're looking for in your practice, what areas of your body you'd like to pay extra attention to, as well as go over any self care activities that can help achieve overall wellness and inner harmony.
