About Jamie
Prana-Veda Studio is an alternative and holistic healing studio that aims to give you all the tools you need to raise your vibration. We call ourselves the High Vibe Tribe!! You can find a range of classes and services that suites you. Our main niche is Yoga. We offer very beginners-advanced flow as well as kundalini, restorative & energy body flow. You are sure to find a class that suites you in our cozy boutique studio.
In addition to yoga, we also offer Emotion Code Healing, Reiki Healing, Holistic Health Coaching, Spirital Path Coaching and more.
You can also find amazing workshops and social gatherings on our schedule.
The thing i most enjoy about the work i do is getting to see the students progress. Watching them over time get stronger mentally, physically and spiritually. Its a true honor to know i played a small role in helping them find that for themselves. it fills me with gratitude.

Cozy, comfortable and beautiful with all the amazing teachers. I always love coming here.
This studio is so warm and welcoming that it feels like home. All of its instructors are knowledgeable enough for an experienced student and patient enough for a beginner. Prana-Veda’s offerings are remarkably diverse; its weekly schedule includes a variety of yoga classes as well as spiritual development courses. It’s an asset to the community.

The teachers are excellent, there are a wide variety of classes and workshops available, the studio is beautiful, and there is a general good vibe there! I highly recommend Prana-Veda!
The studio is beautiful and tranquil. The instructors are excellent. The classes vary each time, which targets new poses and muscle groups. Whether beginner or advanced, I highly recommend Prana Veda.
