About Audrey

Soul Spark Yoga hosts traditional Yoga classes, specifically a Hatha form called Yoga Pranala. The practice consists of pranayama (controlled breathing), asanas (poses), meditation, Yoga Nidra, and energy movements. Through this practice we increase our energy, vitality, and flexibility, bringing a greater awareness of body, soul and mind.

As a teacher, I enjoy teaching the authentic practice of Yoga at my studio and seeing how students are transformed at the levels of body, mind, and soul.

As a graduate of the 200-hour and 300-hour International Yoga Teacher Training programs of Intuitive Flow in Ubud, Bali, Indonesia in 2013 and 2016, I am trained in Yoga Pranala and Viniyoga in the Hatha style and a registered teacher under the Yoga Alliance with more than 1300 teaching hours. Having taught for over 3 years, I embrace the richness that Yoga brings to my life and those around me.

Through the prodding of my inner guru, I took my practice of Yoga as a student and decided that the dream to become a teacher needed to be a reality. I began searching on the web and found Intuitive Flow's training and Bali, Indonesia and began my journey.

Yoga Alliance Certification E-RYT-200 and RYT 500. I was trained in Bali, Indonesia with Intuitive Flow under the guidance of seven teachers.

About the lesson

I begin by finding out what their goals are regarding Yoga and then working with their particular body type.

I have worked with all types of students (varying ages, ability) and all body types.

Be sure that any Yoga teacher you decide to go with is properly trained so as to protect you during practice and to also ensure that teacher has received an authentic and knowledgable transmission of what Yoga truly is. It is neither a workout or a Western trend: it is an Eastern tradition with deep roots in ensuring a true body, mind, and soul connection.

My trip to India in Winter of 2016. It was an amazing experience to go the land where Yoga began. It deepened my appreciation for Yoga and my love for the Indian people.
