About Vicki
I found my love of yoga by attending classes for 8 years at my local church. One of the gifts of the COVID quarantine period was that it afforded me the time to not only increase my personal yoga practice but also to complete my 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training through Yoga Farm based in Ithaca, New York. This training gave me the ability to share the gift of yoga with friends, family and the church community as well as increasing my own focus on living more mindfully, personal and spiritual growth. Today, I teach two nights a week at the same church that introduced me to yoga years ago.
My teaching style is a combination of gentle and vinyasa flow and I provide modifications and suggestions for varying levels of students throughout the class. I love sharing the gift of yoga!!
I found my love of yoga several years ago when attending group classes at my local church.
I hold my 200 YTT certification through Yoga Farm in Ithaca, NY

I am currently teaching classes via Zoom.
I have worked with students ages 14 and up with varied level of experience. My younger students have been athletes looking to increase flexibility, build strength and help prevent injury. Adult students come for many reasons some of which include increased flexibility, improved strength and becoming more mindful and centered.

Vicki has been practicing Yoga with us since 2013. We were delighted when she earned certification to teach, just when our former teacher retired and we wanted to offer Yoga on Zoom. Thanks to her teaching style and willingness to try online/live yoga, our yoga students love our new class format and are inviting friends and family to join us. We just started a second weekly class in January.
She makes everyone feel welcome and comfortable whether an expert or novice like me.
I had never done Yoga before and was a bit hesitant. Vicki’s teaching style was easy for me to understand and follow along! I’m now a huge fan of Yoga!!
My yoga experience was a relaxed one with Vicki she made each movement easy on my body.
While she moves through her class purposefully and I feel I get a good workout, I never feel rushed or pushed to do something that isn’t right for my body that night
