I travel to the student,private and semi/private at your Location.
I teach a variety of styles and all levels.
Pilates: traditional and post physical Therapy.
Yoga: power/Vinyasa/Hatha and Kundalini Yoga.
Personal Training: weights, Circuit Training, Cardio (can combine Yoga,Pilates or Barre exercises). Focus on posture, core, and balance.
