About Kathleen
Vitality Yoga strongly believes that yoga is for every BODY.
15 years of classriom training provides a Strong foundation for sharing yoga principles and us and us with students. Throughout class, modifications to poses will be offere strong foundation for sharing yoga principles and us and us with students. Throughout class, modifications to poses are offered. What this means is that the pose works for your body, and that you don’t force your body into the pose. We are all different, and we all converge to share this yoga experience.
With an RYT200 certification Plus additional training in physical assist/modification, vitality yoga can accommodate multiple levels of experience in one session.
