About Sheila

Hello! I am a Yoga Alliance registered teacher with 500+ hours of training and over 10 years experience teaching Hatha yoga classes to individuals and groups. My greatest area of interest is assisting people maintain their strength, flexibility, balance and resilience throughout their adult lives. Most of my students fall into the range of middle age and up as this has become my primary focus. I live in Exeter, NH and teach at a studio there. If you are not able to attend in person classes I am available for private classes via Zoom and all of my group classes are also live streamed via Zoom. I would welcome an opportunity to speak with you via a brief Zoom meeting so I can better understand your needs and you can get to know me. Then you can decide if I am the teacher for you. Please let me know if this is of interest. I look forward to hearing from you!
