About Yvette
I nurture others in Yoga, the goal is to guide, hold space and help you feel more comfortable in your body and mind. I focus on a gentle practice with breath, sound bowls and slow flow for presence and mindfulness. I am 200 hour certified, hold a Reiki and Energy healing certification as well as and Aesthetics/Cosmetology license. I have worked in the Health field since 2007 for multiple physicians and hold additional medical certifications. I would love to visit with you to see if our goals are aligned!
I enjoy meeting new people and assisting in a peaceful practice of grounding, heart opening and finding fulfillment in life...all with loving intention and intuition. Yoga has been an incredible asset to me for getting into my body and connection to my spirit. I love guiding others to this experience!
Yoga certification and Reiki, Intuitive work as well as over 20 years customer service and healthcare service background. I worked in the medical field as a licensed aesthetician, liaison between doctor and patient, nursing assistant and phlebotomist. All of this has given me background in caring for others and nurturing in a healing environment.
