About Michaela
We offer mostly vinyasa yoga but also gentle, restorative and pre-natal classes. Our studio is small and our teachers empowering and compassionate.
I am passionate about yoga. On a physical level it builds strength and flexibility. But really, my yoga mat is my practice ground for life. Yoga has taught me to live in the present moment, to challenge myself and to give up trying to control things that cant be contolled. Yoga helped me stay present during a year and a half of breast cancer treatments. I am passionate about this practice and believe it is life changeing.
