About Leon
Hi, I’m Leon, a Computing Science graduate from the University of Alberta. I have experience tutoring through the Student Union and helping students succeed in programming, algorithms, data structures, linear algebra, calculus, and statistics. I focus on tutoring theory, guided practice, and assignment help, combining clear explanations with interactive exercises to help students understand concepts, solve problems, and build confidence. Each lesson is tailored to the student’s needs, whether it’s homework support, exam preparation, or deeper understanding of course material. I work with students from introductory to advanced levels, delivering professional, structured, and engaging sessions that make learning effective and enjoyable.

I offer personalized lessons in programming, algorithms, data structures, linear algebra, calculus, and statistics for undergraduate students.
I tailor each session to the student’s needs, combining clear explanations, guided examples, and practical exercises. Lessons focus on understanding concepts, problem-solving, and building confidence, whether it’s homework help, exam prep, or deeper course understanding.
I work with students from introductory to advanced courses, including CMPUT 174/175/229, intermediate programming and algorithms, and upper-year software engineering and statistics classes. Sessions are available online or in-person.
