I conduct online meditation classes. The first class is completely free to help you understand the basics of meditation. The sessions include proper breathing techniques, correct postures, and mindfulness practices. I teach Anapanasati Meditation, which is a part of Vipassana Meditation. It is simple to practice, yet deeply powerful and transformative.
