My teaching approach centers on rhythm as the heartbeat of great singing. I use rhythm-based techniques to help students develop strong timing, natural energy, and a solid groove in their performances. We explore concepts like syncopation, beat subdivision, and rhythmic phrasing to deepen musical understanding across genres such as gospel, funk, and jazz.
I encourage students to connect with music through movement, feeling the pulse physically, which builds both confidence and expressive freedom. For those who thrive on emotional release, I create space to channel energy through rhythm, making singing a joyful and instinctive experience. Creative instincts are nurtured by experimenting with rhythmic patterns and phrasing that suit each individual’s style and voice.

I’m a singing tutor with over 8 years of experience and a Bachelor of Music in Classical Voice, specializing in vocal performance. My teaching approach is holistic, blending physical alignment, breath awareness, and expressive vocal techniques to help you connect deeply with your voice. I incorporate yoga-inspired vocal warmups, body mapping, and tension release exercises to make singing feel natural, effortless, and joyful. These methods not only enhance vocal technique but also promote overall well-being.
I am passionate about genres like World Music, Chanting, Folk Fusion, and Healing Sound. Exploring these styles allows students to expand their creative expression and discover new ways to connect with music. In my lessons, I focus on nurturing authenticity, confidence, and freedom in your voice.
