About Emma
With a background in healthcare it is my passion to try to support people to regain, maintain and improve their health through sustainable methods for long term benefits. I found in the NHS that a huge amount of my patients needed advice on anxiety management, quality of sleep and simple movement as part of the building blocks to health and so trained as a breath coach and Yoga Teacher to build my own tool kit. I equally enjoy very gentle, breath focused sessions to super sweaty strong movement and everything in between. Variety keeps me on my toes! I provide Vinyasa style (moving fluidly between poses) classes - both mat and chair-based. How you use your breath can affect just about every function in your body and is a great starting point for any health journey or if you want to see benefits within other sports where you may have otherwise plateaued. My approach to breath work is based on the current evidence and uses simple techniques that can be embedded in your everyday routines. All classes are bespoke and based on your individual goals.
