I specialize in gentle, beginner-friendly yoga for women, creating a calm and supportive space to help you reconnect with your body and mind. My classes include: • Breathwork & mindfulness • Posture alignment & flexibility • Positive reinforcement & mental clarity Whether you’re new to yoga or looking to restart your journey, I’d love to guide you with compassion and care.
