About SURAJ

I am a 6+ years experienced yoga teacher. I have completed a 2-year regular master's degree in Yoga and a 1-year PG Diploma in yogic sciences. I have worked as a yoga teacher at DAV UTTAM NAGAR NEW DELHI SCERT BIHAR and currently at IIT PATNA. I conduct online classes specializing in therapeutic yoga FOR DIABETES MANAGEMENT and general fitness classes. I am passionate about holistic health through traditional and scientific yoga practices.

My yoga class blends Diabetes-specific practices with general wellness techniques, including ASANA PRANAYAM MEDITATION and relaxation.
