Classes are prepaid in advance and non refundable. Single classes must be paid 7 days in advance. 5 or 10 sessions purchased in advance must be paid up front and are non refundable. These expire within 6 months of purchase date. For 5 or 10 classes, scheduled times can be rescheduled as long as there is 24 hours notice; less than 24 hours notice will result in the forfeit of that classes fee.
