About Fumika
My mother being a Yogini in Japan since 1978, a Yogic lifestyle has always been a part of me. I then moved to India, where I deepened my practice for 6 years. I have been always open to different styles and have experienced various schools of yoga and meditation. However main styles I follow are traditional Sivananda Yoga and my mum's Yoga combined with Buddhist / zen teachings. My aim is to constantly improve myself and pursue the yogic path adapted to each stage of my life. Having completed internationally recognized 300-hour certified Yoga Instructor training course at Sivananda Yoga Ashram in 2018, I am happy to be able to share with people the beautiful moments to nourish mind and body.
