About Harsh
I am a qualified Yoga Therapist with a BSc and MSc in Yoga Therapy and 8+ years of dedicated yoga practice and teaching experience. My approach is personalized, practical, and student-focused, adapting each session to your goals, level, and individual needs.
I teach beginners as well as experienced practitioners, with sessions focused on flexibility, strength, mobility, stress management, general well-being, and therapeutic yoga. Each lesson includes appropriate asanas, pranayama, relaxation, and mindful practices, depending on your goals.
I believe yoga should be safe, accessible, and sustainable. I focus on proper technique, gradual progression, and helping students understand their practice rather than simply following a routine.
Whether you are completely new to yoga, looking to improve your fitness and flexibility, or seeking a more therapeutic approach, I will create a structured and personalized practice for you.
