About Luisa
I have a science background as an Organismal Biology Major from Pitzer College. My career expertise lie in wildlife rehabilitation for birds of prey. I have practiced yoga for ten years, but fell in love with heated Power Vinyasa and Hot Yoga in 2014, and became a certified teacher in Spring 2019. Having been born and raised in Park City, UT and living in Jackson, WY for 4 years, my life is largely centered around the outdoors, and integrating movement into daily life.

My teaching approach is one which fosters an environment for my students to feel challenged and capable beyond their expectations from within. A large part of my practice as a yogi and a teacher is harnessing space for being gentle with oneself. I want my students to enter the room feeling supported and motivated, to practice with determination, heat, physical stimulation and growth, and to leave the room feeling more in love with themselves, and their unique capabilities.
