About Andrew

With over 10 years of experience in academic tutoring, I specialise in preparing students for highly competitive entrance exams such as the Bocconi Entrance Test and the SAT. My work focuses on helping motivated students reach 35+ on the Bocconi Exam and 1400+ on the SAT, scores that significantly strengthen applications to universities such as Bocconi University.

My academic background includes university degrees in analytical and quantitative disciplines, which provide a strong foundation for teaching the reasoning and problem-solving skills required by these exams. Over the past decade, I have worked with international students from different academic systems, helping them adapt their approach to standardised testing and improve their results.

My teaching method is structured and results-oriented. Instead of focusing only on theory, I train students to understand the logic behind exam questions, recognise recurring patterns, and apply efficient strategies under time pressure. This approach allows students to increase both accuracy and speed, which are key factors for achieving high scores.

Each student receives a personalised preparation plan tailored to their current level, strengths, and target score. Lessons combine targeted exercises, exam strategies, and mindset preparation so that students can approach the test with confidence and perform at their best on exam day.

About the lesson

Students aiming for highly selective universities such as Bocconi University understand that achieving a strong SAT or Bocconi Exam score is a crucial step in the admissions process.

This programme is designed for students who are:
Focused on gaining admission to top international universities
Prepared to invest time and discipline into serious preparation
Looking for measurable improvement rather than ordinary tutoring

The SAT and the Bocconi Exam evaluate analytical thinking, speed, and precision. My approach focuses on developing strategic understanding. Instead of relying only on traditional explanations, I teach students how to recognise the patterns behind exam questions and anticipate common structures.

Each student follows a personalised preparation plan built around their strengths and areas for improvement. Alongside academic training, we work on building confidence and composure so that performance remains strong even under exam pressure.

The gap between a good result and an excellent one often comes down to preparation and mindset. Through structured practice and targeted strategies, students can significantly improve their performance.
