About Isla
I am an Excel tutor with 7 years of teaching experience and a degree in Mathematical Sciences. My passion is showing learners how to use Excel not just as a spreadsheet, but as a problem-solving tool. I focus on building strong foundations with formulas, tables, and charts. From there, we explore advanced topics like pivot tables, Power Query, and interactive dashboards. My lessons are practical, using real-world case studies and simulations. Many of my learners are professionals who want to streamline reporting and analysis. Others are students preparing for data-heavy coursework or research projects. I emphasize hands-on practice and step-by-step strategies. For advanced learners, I also introduce VBA and automation to improve efficiency.
