About Brian
I am a highly experienced musician and teacher. I’ve been playing in bands since I was 14 and have been teaching guitar for thirty years. Music is my life and I enjoy nothing more than passing that enthusiasm on to my students.

I always start by teaching some actual songs. Then I introduce theory, such as scales and sight reading. It’s important that the lessons are enjoyable as well as informative. The world that the guitar can open up for anyone is vast and amazing. I try to maintain that sense of wonder for all my students, beginner, intermediate and advanced.
